Friday 20th June at 7:45pm, cook along with outstanding fine dining chef Ross Pavey.
To keep up and do it live with him you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 250grams cooked quinoa or puy lentils
- 1 medium red onion cut in half and thinly sliced
- red wine vinegar (or whatever vinegar you have)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tin of chickpeas drained
- 200grams feta or goats cheese, or tofu
- 20 red grapes
- 100grams of dried cranberries
- 100grams of walnuts or pecan nuts
- small bunch mint
- small bunch basil
- small bunch parsley
